The Romanisches Forum comprised several buildings, including the Romanisches Haus and Romanisches Café, a famous meeting place for artists and intellectuals in Berlin between the world wars that became an early target of Nazi violence. The storefront sign reads Deutsches Handwerksgut (German craftsmanship).
